Digitised Collections site now accessible online

We are pleased to announce that our Digitised Collections site is now accessible online. The site enables priority areas of the archive to be made more accessible to researchers and the general public, opening up the collection to people from all over the world.

Baring portraits on show at the Guildhall

Two portraits from the Baring Archive's collection are currently on display at the Guildhall Art Gallery.

James Sant's 1872 portrait of George, Cecil and Everard Baring and E Tayleur's portrait of 3rd Lord Revelstoke as a boy have been loaned to the exhibition Seen and Heard: Victorian Children in the Frame.
